This Drive Shaft Unit is recommended for electric motors and glow engines with very high torque and/or RPM.
The shaft is made of stainless steel. The shaft tube is made of brass and is equipped with a ball bearing on the inboard and a bronze bearing on the outboard side.
The bronze bearing is sealed with a G-Ring.
The inboard end tube piece (holding the ball bearing) is not fitted, yet. Therefore it is quite simple to cut the tube and the shaft to required length. Afterwards the end tube piece is fastened to the tube with a grub screw.
