Drive shaft for simple electric boats made from ABS, GRP or wood.
The shaft is made of stainless steel.
The drive shaft tube is made from strong ABS which makes gluing to the model very simple.
The front and rear bearings are made of bronze.
The outer (rear) bearing is sealed with an O-ring.
The end tube pieces holding the bearings can be dismantled. This allows the length of the tube and shaft to be shortened easily to suit the individual model.
